Your role:

  • Lead the day‐to‐day delivery of the service and support your team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and oversee financial performance.
  • Effectively manage and market homes/voids.
  • Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and adapt working hours when needed.

Your skills:

  • Experience in a managerial role within a similar service.
  • Strong leadership, problem‐solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way.
  • Confidence liaising with partners and stakeholders.
  • Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Confident using IT systems.
