The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The role of Housing Support Assistant will include:

  • Providing onsite management and supervision of the supported housing service ensuring the delivery of an effective, enhanced, housing management service
  • Assisting with tenancy and voids management and maintaining occupancy levels
  • Supporting and promoting compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external key stakeholders
  • Managing the procurement and availability of supplies, furniture, and equipment
  • Recording and updating relevant data, maintaining effective filing systems
  • Contributing to special projects and change programmes as appropriate

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience delivering tenancy services
  • Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workload
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Literacy and numeracy to the equivalent of Grade C English and Maths GCSE
  • NVQ2 or equivalent in relevant area
  • Ability to extract and interrogate data
  • Some experience in the use of housing management systems or similar is desirable

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
