Sanctuary Supported Living East region is seeking a Regional Head of Operations to lead high‑quality supported living services, guide area managers, and ensure services meet customer and financial needs while maintaining long‑term sustainability. The role covers Essex and surrounding areas, with regular travel to our Worcester Head Office.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement, oversee budgets, and lead recruitment and staff development.
