The role of General Assistant will include:

  • Providing high quality cleaning services for bedrooms, kitchens, pathways and communal areas.
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained.
  • Organising stores on site and carrying out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary.
  • Any other tasks as required by management.

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A team player who is willing to help colleagues as and when required.
