Title: Electrician Rochford, Essex, GB, SS4 1BB Electrician Rochford £43,251 - £45,528 per year 40 hours per week We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join our team based in Rochford, predominately working within the Void Properties within a team of 12-14 operatives. The role will involve a variety of lone and team work with varied responsibilities. You will primarily be responsible for inspection and testing in void properties. On occasions you will be expected to enter occupied properties producing Electrical Condition Reports, as well as completing remedial works. The role of Electricianwill include: Carrying out installation, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations, in accordance with contract and service specifications Resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City
