Your role

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants living in supported living and respond to queries to enable tenancy sustainment

    Travel to different supported living properties within your patch to complete required weekly and monthly Health & Safety checks

  • Be responsible for maintaining property files to evidence compliance

  • Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date

Your skills

  • Experience delivering tenancy services
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Experience using housing management systems is desirable
  • Full valid driving licence and ability to travel between schemes is an essential part of the role
