The role of Estate Maintenance Operative will include:

  • Grass cutting, litter picking and garden clearance
  • Ad hoc grounds maintenance work
  • Removal of bulk waste
  • Receiving and completing daily work records on the phone and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
  • Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work

Skills and experiences:

  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
