The role of Estate Maintenance Operative will include:
- Grass cutting, litter picking and garden clearance
- Ad hoc grounds maintenance work
- Removal of bulk waste
- Receiving and completing daily work records on the phone and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
- Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment
This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
