The predicted salary is between 25400 - 26737 £ per year.
The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:
- Damp and mould treatment in properties; this includes identifying, treating and then redecorating the affected area.
- Waste removal from across all our sites, generally this will be fly tipped waste but may include emptying void properties.
- Gutter cleaning using an extendable vacuum system so all work is carried out from ground level.
- Working with other Estates teams where needed.
- Ensuring Health and Safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and used in line with policies and procedures.
- Using a smart phone to manage work and receive and record work tasks.
Skills and experiences:
- Knowledge of cleaning and caretaking, and an understanding of COSHH and Risk Assessments.
- Knowledge of how to use grounds machinery confidently and competently.
- Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Practical experience of carrying out risk assessments.
This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
