What you will do
- Provide one-on-one support to clients dealing with substance misuse, guiding them through their recovery journey.
- Develop, implement, and review recovery care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared learning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive service.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Offer crisis intervention support when required, responding empathetically and efficiently.
- Educate clients and their families about substance misuse and recovery strategies.
