What you will do
Conduct assessments of adults referred to the MASH team to identify risks and determine appropriate interventions.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults and develop effective care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies on adult safeguarding issues.
Participate in multi-agency meetings, contributing to risk assessments and decision-making processes.
