What you will do
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of integrated mental health and substance misuse services.
- Provide operational leadership and professional support, ensuring safe, effective, and recovery-focused care.

- Monitor service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
