What you will do:
- Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to mental health patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct medication reviews and manage pharmaceutical interventions.
- Offer advice and guidance on medication management and safety.
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Support hospital dispensary operations as required.
Requirements:
- GPhC registered Pharmacist.
- Minimum of two years of mental health experience.
- Significant hospital pharmacy experience.
- Car driver preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
