What you will do:
- Undertake post-mortem and mortuary procedures with precision.
- Assist Pathologists during post-mortem examinations, ensuring seamless operations.
- Prepare deceased individuals for examination and release with respect and care.
- Manage mortuary admissions, storage, and release processes, maintaining dignity throughout.
- Maintain comprehensive mortuary records and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with mortuary legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Support quality assurance and governance activities to maintain high standards.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff and trainees, nurturing new talent.
- Liaise with Pathologists, Coroners, and Funeral Directors to ensure effective communication.
- Support service provision across multiple sites for a diversified experience.
