What you will do:
Build meaningful relationships with children and young people, gaining their trust and engagement.
Deliver specialist care and placement planning within the Children in Care and Looked After Children teams .
Identify, assess, and manage risk while ensuring appropriate and stable placements.
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic care plans.
Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring accountability and clear care trajectories.
Ensure all actions are in line with legal and statutory frameworks.
What we\’re looking for: To thrive in this role, candidates must:
Have at least three years of post-qualification experience
Be HCPC-registered
Be car drivers with access to a vehicle , enabling swift, responsive care delivery across the city
