Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions to safeguard adults\’ rights and welfare.

Apply a strength-based approach , enabling individuals to regain independence and resilience within the community.

Support smooth and safe hospital discharges , coordinating with healthcare professionals and carers.

Engage in safeguarding procedures, ensuring vulnerable adults are protected and supported appropriately.
