About the Service: This private facility offers acute mental health and addiction inpatient treatment within a 35-bed hospital. It also provides a strong day and outpatient programme with a range of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, art therapy, DBT, and EMDR. At times, some private beds are utilised by the NHS when there are no available beds within NHS trusts. Our client is at the forefront of their field, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to their patients. To achieve this, they invest in their extraordinary colleagues. Candidate Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin or be in the process of revalidation
  • Proven experience in mental health nursing, ideally within an inpatient or community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and recovery
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Previous experience or a willingness to work with therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR is advantageous
  • A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for mental health care
