- Provide supervision and mentorship to social work staff, supporting their professional development, skills and confidence.

- Undertake and support safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring appropriate action is taken to protect adults at risk.
- Apply the Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act effectively within your practice.
- Support the team with risk enablement strategies, promoting strengths-based and evidence-based social work.
- Contribute your advanced practice knowledge to support positive outcomes for adults and the wider team.
