What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of adults and create tailored support plans.
- Manage your own caseload with a balance of autonomy and structured guidance from experienced practitioners.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective support for individuals.
- Uphold statutory duties under the Care Act to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
- Provide advice and support to individuals and their families, promoting independence and well-being.
What we are looking for:
Enthusiastic and qualified Social Workers who are committed to continuous development and have skill for building positive relationships with service users and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Successful completion of the UK Skills for Care ASYE programme.
- Valid UK driving licence and vehicle access for work purposes.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services.
