What you will do
- Deliver expert pharmaceutical care in an acute hospital setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

- Conduct medication reconciliations and reviews to optimise patient treatment plans.
- Provide clinical advice and support to patients and healthcare staff, enhancing the overall therapeutic environment.

Requirements
- HCPC Registration: Active HCPC registration is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting, with specific expertise in acute care.
- Driving Licence: A valid driver's licence is preferable for travel between sites.
