What you will do
- Assist clients in developing personalised recovery plans and provide ongoing support.
- Regularly assess clients' progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other support services to offer comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency and legal standards.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops to support recovery processes.
Requirements
- DBS Certificate: Must hold a valid DBS certificate on the Update Service.
- CV: Up-to-date CV required.
- References: References covering the period from August 2024 to the present must be provided.
- Right to Work: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
