What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive social work assessments and interventions using a strength-based and person-centred approach.

Manage and prioritise a varied caseload while organising your working hours effectively to meet deadlines and team demands.

Foster productive professional relationships with health and social care services to coordinate comprehensive responses for the local community.

Engage in safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act and local policies, ensuring the protection of vulnerable adults.

Support colleagues by sharing the team’s workload while participating in a duty rota to provide urgent support to individuals in crisis.
About you:

You are driven by the challenge of improving services and are a strong advocate for innovative approaches.

You are enthusiastic about outcomes-focused assessments and peer collaboration, with a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.

You have at least three years of post-qualifying experience in a statutory Adult Social Care setting.

You hold a Level 3 Social Worker qualification.
