Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Neuro Rehabilitation Team in Ealing, London. This locum role is ongoing for 3 months and full-time at 37.5 hours per week, offering community-based work in outpatient clinics, patients’ homes, and other settings.
You will deliver neuro rehabilitation assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, mentor staff, and collaborate in MDT meetings to support discharge planning.
