Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Falls Prevention Therapist specialising in Occupational Therapy for the Ealing area, London. The post is full-time on a three-month contract with extension possible, paying £27 per hour and a 37.5 hour week within the Community Falls Prevention Service.
You will assess falls risk, conduct geriatric assessments, deliver intervention groups, and work with multidisciplinary teams to reduce frailty and improve patient outcomes in the community.
