As a Therapeutic Radiographer, you will bring your expertise to a dynamic radiography team where collaboration and learning are a daily part of the job.
Responsibilities:
What you will do:
- Perform therapeutic radiography procedures to the highest standard ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the oncology team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Utilise IGRT skills and demonstrate experience with Varian machines to carry out precise treatments.
- Provide care and support to patients throughout their radiotherapy journey.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the HCPC as a Therapeutic Radiographer.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in radiography with a strong focus on oncology.
- Proven experience in SABR is highly desirable.
- A car driver is preferred to enable travel for potential multi-site work.
- Ability to work 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm on service days.
