What you will do
Deliver specialist nutritional assessments and advice for patients requiring nutritional support, focusing on enteral feeding methods.
Provide expert consultation and guidance for patients transitioning from critical care to a ward environment.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team ward rounds and patient care meetings to enhance clinical understanding and patient outcomes.
Contribute to the audit and evaluation of patient care practices as part of quality assurance efforts.
Engage in educational sessions to share expertise and promote best practices within the critical care nutrition team.
