What you will do
- Mammography Practice: Perform advanced mammography techniques including stereotactic biopsies and magseed placements.
- Reporting: Interpret screening and symptomatic mammograms with a high level of accuracy.
- Ultrasound Clinics: Participate in Two-Week Wait ultrasound clinics where required.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain high standards of imaging quality, safety, and patient care.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with developments in mammography and integrate best practices into your work.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Radiographer with Mammography experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience in mammography.
- Competence in advanced techniques such as stereotactic procedures.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
