What you will do
- Provide specialist MSK assessment and deliver clinical diagnosis.
- Treat and manage patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions independently.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Support patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes.
- Work across various community and outpatient locations.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring clinicians for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- HCPC Registration: Must be HCPC registered.
- NHS Experience: Minimum of 18 months' MSK experience within an NHS setting.
- Specialist Skills: Demonstrable MSK assessment and diagnostic expertise.
- Caseload Management: Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload effectively.
- Complex Needs Experience: Experience treating patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in SystmOne and the E-referral system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
- Driving Licence: Must be a car driver with flexibility to work across multiple sites.
