What you will do:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage soft tissue injuries, post-fracture/surgical intervention, chronic conditions, and sports injuries.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to optimise patient recovery and functionality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on effective self-management strategies and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation to ensure seamless healthcare service delivery.
