What you will do:
- Conduct clinical dietetic practice including nutrition support, managing your personal caseload effectively.
- Collaborate with Weight Management Services utilising your prior experience in this area.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams, contributing your expertise and gaining exposure to diverse perspectives.
- Assess, treat, and manage adult caseloads within a multidisciplinary team, providing dietary advice and ongoing support in line with NICE guidance.
- Use the SystmOne database efficiently alongside other tools to maintain organised documentation.
- Travel across Saint Helens, ensuring the needs of the service are met.
Requirements:
- Must be registered with the HCPC.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential to commute across locations in St Helens effectively.
