Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist

What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for young people with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educational and residential teams to ensure a clinically informed environment for living and learning.
- Deliver individualised interventions to improve the communication skills of children with complex needs.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic support for young people with a range of developmental conditions and special educational needs.
- Contribute to the training and support of other staff members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout.
Requirements
- Qualified Speech & Language Therapist with relevant professional registration.
- Experience working with children and young people with autism and other additional needs such as ADHD and speech and language difficulties.
- Ability to undertake assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver effective interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality therapeutic support and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
