What you will do:
- Conduct MASH screenings to effectively assess and triage cases while ensuring child safety is prioritised.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners, sharing information to inform decisions and action plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, demonstrating accountability and adherence to professional standards.
- Use your expertise in social work thresholds to advise and guide colleagues in decision-making processes.
- Participate in meetings and reviews, contributing to continual service improvement and safeguarding practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a current Social Worker qualification, with registration with Social Work England (SWE). It’s required to have a strong foundation in MASH operations and demonstrated capability in applying social work thresholds effectively.
