What you will do:
- Provide strategic leadership across Through Care services, focusing on children in care, care leavers, fostering, residential provisions and services for children with disabilities.
- Ensure outstanding support and positive outcomes by driving quality, performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead high-performing teams and partnerships, championing the voice of children and young people and embedding excellent corporate parenting.
- Collaborate across health, education, police and wider system partners to deliver service excellence and value for money.
