You will report to the Facilities Lead and provide on-site solutions for a range of Building Services needs, including maintenance, repairs, and minor works.

What you will do:
- Install and maintain commercial electrical lighting systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Set up and maintain fire alarm systems to keep facilities safe and compliant.
- Install new EV charging points, contributing to a sustainable future.
- Work on commercial appliances like electric cookers, ensuring they function smoothly.
- Modify and install electrical fixtures and fittings to suit evolving needs.
- Conduct thorough electrical inspections to maintain high safety standards.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance to meet regulations and exceed expectations.
- If possible, 2391 qualification, PASMA or IPAF qualification would be advantageous.
- An Enhanced DBS is a necessity.
- Must provide own hand tools for the job.
