  • - Maintain accurate clinical documentation, handle referrals, and update case notes.
  • - Collaborate with other professionals and partner services to ensure integrated care.
  • - Develop tailored formulations and plans for regular callers, enhancing their support.
  • - Lead and innovate on specialist subject areas, driving advancements in Learning Disability, Youth, Drug & Alcohol, and Perinatal services.
  • - Co-ordinate shifts and efficiently support service delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
  • - Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to practitioners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • - Support teaching, training, and staff development, acting as a role model for excellence.

  • - Shift patterns include various options such as Early: 06:30-18:30, Long Day: 07:00-20:00, Twilight: 15:30-04:00, and Night: 19:45-07:45
