What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of service users accessing drug and alcohol recovery services, providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery planning in accordance with service procedures.
- Deliver harm reduction interventions, health promotion advice and provide brief psychosocial interventions.
- Facilitate one-to-one sessions, recovery groups, and structured programme activities to support sustained recovery.
Requirements:
- DBS on the update service.
- Proven experience in substance misuse, specifically drugs and alcohol.
- Strong caseload management and key working skills.
- Good understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
