What you will do:

– Lead a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and student OTs, fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.

– Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs-led support strategies for children and their families.

– Develop, plan, and implement intervention programmes to assist children in achieving their fullest potential.

– Engage with families to build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless service tailored to each child’s unique circumstances.

– Collaborate with the management team to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements based on analytical insights.

Requirements:

– Current HCPC registration.

– Minimum two years of post-qualification experience as an occupational therapist.

– Must be a car driver as travel may be required to meet with families and engage in community activities.
