What you will do:
- Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding practices to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on adult safeguarding procedures and policies.
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to the improvement of safeguarding strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet legal and organisational requirements.
- Engage with patients and families to ensure their voices are heard and respected.
- Promote best practices and support the implementation of safeguarding policies across the organisation.
