Band 7 Sonographer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology Team

We have a locum position available for 3 months, offering up to £48.00 per hour. What you will do:
- Perform a range of obstetric ultrasound examinations, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments
- Conduct gynaecology ultrasound examinations and produce precise diagnostic reports
- Independently manage ultrasound clinics, maintaining an organised and efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide the highest standards of patient care
- Foster an efficient and effective ultrasound service using your expertise and initiative
Requirements:
- Qualified Sonographer with a specialism in Obstetric and Gynaecology Ultrasound
- Experience in independently scanning and reporting with proficiency
- Relevant professional registration and NHS ultrasound experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Desirable: Acute hospital ultrasound experience and experience within Women’s Health services
