What you will do
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic management for inpatients with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Contribute to patient case conferences and offer specialist advice to the team and carers to ensure excellent patient care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interventions and outcomes.
- Participate actively in service development projects and audits to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Must have previous inpatient experience.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Own a current driving licence to facilitate travel between hospital sites.
