Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Mental Health & Wellness Team in Redbridge. This full-time post offers a Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm schedule with a 30-minute lunch break, and an ongoing assignment through January 2027.
You will conduct community-based assessments, manage caseloads, support medication management, and provide psychosocial education, using RiO software. RMN registration is essential.
