What you will do:
- Manage a complex caseload of patients with neurological conditions and stroke.
- Undertake specialist assessments and treatment programmes.
- Deliver rehabilitation within patients’ homes and local community settings.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Support and supervise junior staff.
- Contribute to patient-centred rehabilitation and recovery plans.
- Travel across Havering and Barking & Dagenham as service needs require.
Requirements:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Experience in Neurology or Stroke Rehabilitation.
- Community rehabilitation experience.
- Ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
- Strong multidisciplinary working skills.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
- Previous NHS community experience.
- Experience supervising junior staff.
- Experience working across multiple community sites.
