What you will do
- Assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Manage an independent MSK caseload with autonomy.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient.
- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes.
- Manage patients with persistent musculoskeletal pain and escalat red flags as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed patient-centred treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate clinical records and documentation are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support and optimise patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Minimum 2 years NHS experience required.
- Previous and recent experience in MSK Physiotherapy.
- Ability to independently assess and manage MSK conditions effectively.
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
- Experience managing an independent caseload efficiently.
- Experience supporting return-to-work programmes.
- Vocational rehabilitation experience.
- Training in behaviour change techniques and motivational interviewing.
