What you will do
- Keywork a caseload of clients with severe and enduring mental illnesses, providing essential support and care.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments within the community setting.
- Assist clients in managing their mental health effectively in real-world environments.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring proper administration and adherence to treatment plans.
- Deliver psychosocial education to clients and their support networks.
- Support the depot clinic and participate in the duty rota to ensure seamless service provision.
Requirements
- Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Have knowledge of RiO software, which is essential to excel in this role.
