What You Will Do
- Lead and support staff through significant organisational change, ensuring a smooth transition to restructured, locality-based teams.
- Develop and embed new pathways, protocols, and ways of working to promote neighbourhood and strength-based values in care delivery.
- Provide professional supervision, mentoring, and support to social workers and social care practitioners.
- Utilise performance dashboards to monitor and improve practice standards and statutory compliance.
- Deliver expert guidance on Care Act duties, safeguarding concerns, and specialist interventions in adult social care.
- Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager, providing oversight and decision-making to protect adults at risk.
- Champion inclusive recruitment and workforce development strategies, promoting diversity and equality in practice.
