What you will do
- Lead and coordinate Adult Social Care quality assurance and audit programmes.
- Undertake and oversee case file audits, practice audits, and thematic reviews.
- Monitor the quality of assessments, care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practice.
- Identify practice gaps and areas requiring improvement, developing and implementing strategic action plans.
- Provide professional advice, challenge, and support to social workers, practitioners, and managers.
- Analyse performance, quality, and safeguarding data to identify trends, themes, and risks.
- Support the implementation of learning from Safeguarding Adults Reviews, complaints investigations, audits, and serious incidents.
- Ensure practice compliance with the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding legislation, and relevant statutory guidance.
- Work closely with operational managers, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary partners to drive service improvement.
