What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for recovery services, including appointment scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and record management.
- Maintain accurate service user records on clinical and case management systems in line with GDPR and information governance requirements.
- Support recovery workers and coordinators with referrals, assessments, care planning documentation, and treatment administration processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for service users, professionals, and partner agencies, responding to enquiries with professionalism and compassion.
- Assist with monitoring caseload activity, waiting lists, performance indicators, and contract reporting requirements.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- GCSE Grade C 4 or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Health & Social Care, or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role within health, social care, substance misuse, mental health, or community services.
- Proven experience in handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records.
