What you will do
- Perform diagnostic testing and analysis in Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion departments.
- Operate and maintain automated analysers such as Siemens Advias, Werfen Tops, and Ortho Swifts.
- Ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed accurately.
- Provide support and expertise to junior staff and assist in their professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of laboratory safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Hold HCPC registration.
- Be familiar with leading equipment and procedures within the field.
- Driving is an important part of the job, enabling mobility and flexibility across sites should the need arise.
