The Fostering Service is pivotal in ensuring safe and vibrant futures for children and young people.
The team is responsible for recruiting and supporting foster carers across various roles, including Generic Foster Carers, Champion Foster Carers, and families with Special Guardianship Orders.
You will be based within one of four dedicated hubs, with the flexibility to support other hubs as needed.

- Recruit and train new foster carers, coordinating ongoing training sessions.
- Provide advice and information to foster carers, enabling them to deal with complex situations confidently.
- Monitor and evaluate placements, ensuring compliance with national standards and fostering service protocols.
