Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Social Worker to join an Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team in Walsall for a 2–3 month locum, full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
You will conduct comprehensive physical health, mental health, and substance misuse assessments, deliver interventions for drug and alcohol dependencies including opiate substitution, alcohol care pathways, and community detox programmes, and provide harm reduction advice and Naloxone training.
