- Lead a programme of Quality Assurance visits, mentoring other placement officers in conducting effective evaluations.
- Develop detailed reports to present outcomes and themes from quality assurance visits.
About You
You are a qualified and registered Social Worker with substantial experience in safeguarding, quality assurance, and assessments. You possess a background in fostering, kinship, SGO, or placement services, with outstanding analytical and communication skills.
